1. Service Description

German Industry Hub connects international buyers with verified German industrial manufacturers. Our service is free for buyers. We are compensated by manufacturers upon successful transactions.

2. No Warranty

We verify suppliers through publicly available sources (Handelsregister, VDMA, ISO certifications). However, we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or reliability of any manufacturer. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before signing contracts.

3. Limitation of Liability

German Industry Hub is not liable for any losses arising from transactions between buyers and manufacturers. Our role is limited to supplier matching and verification.
